About Village Strong Nonprofit
Our Story
Village Strong Nonprofit Co. was founded in 2020 by a passionate youth mentorship and support advocate. Inspired by her own experiences growing up, she was aspired to be the mentor she wished she had, significantly impacting the lives of countless children and teens.
Recognizing the power of community, she embraced the philosophy that "it takes a village to raise a child." With this vision, created a supportive network providing opportunities and experiences many at-risk families could only dream of.
At Village Strong, we prioritize bringing joy to those facing adversity.
Our mission is to empower at-risk families and youth by providing essential resources, mentorship, and therapeutic guidance.
We are committed to fostering resilience and growth by meeting overall lifestyle needs to families as we offer parenting classes, re-entry opportunities for non-violent offenders and more to help empower the parent/child relationship.

The Village Vault (Essential Needs Support)
Provides clothing, shoes, hygiene products, and other essentials for children and families in need.
Helps reduce barriers so students can focus on school, extracurriculars, and well-being.
Youth Empowerment & Enrichment Programs
Safe, supportive after-school and weekend programs for teens, including mentorship, entrepreneurship, arts, and life skills development.
Family & Community Outreach

Connects families with resources such as food assistance, tutoring, and mental health referrals.
Hosts events that foster community engagement and support networks.
Annual Homeless Support Events
Provides hot meals, haircuts, essential items, and guidance to help homeless individuals navigate life changes.
Navigating Change: Re-Entry & Family Reunification
Supports non-violent offenders re-entering society by offering job opportunities, volunteer programs, resources, and free parenting classes to help reunite them with their children

With our partnership with Tabularasa Integrative Health Inc. we are able to provide discounted or free therapy services to raise awareness of mental health, remove barriers to care, and promote emotional wellness in the community.
